Conclusion:

Less than a 5% change. Considering that there are several unsolds at 4 ref, and that the Classifieds agree that 3.66 ref is the most common trade point, 3.66 ref should do. Excluding 3.55 and 3.88 as I having weak proof for them. Taking 3.66 ref as the new price.
