i did some math for it

(average price of power surge effect/ average price of electrostatic effect)=(price of power surge war pig/x)

x being the price of this hat, which came out to about 125

since this is dealing with averages I made a low & high value

You cant use algebra to suggest prices. Only sales. Heck you could try using multivariable calculus but I'm sure that wont work either.
