Classified seller at 5 is also valid.

This will need a range, at least.

One sale isn't enough proof, in my eyes. Sorry.

No valid sellers on Outpost, classfieds starting at 5, and 2 buy orders for 3.33. Should be enough.

Update to classifieds- 3 New sellers now at 5 ref. The 2 old sellers are still unsold and we got 1 more now at 5 ref. It can take a raise but needs a range.

P.S.- The 6 ref one is unsold for 2 months with good bumps.
