18 + (7 + 16) * 0.9 = 39 keys

The other suggestion ( http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5611ab5db98d88f861cc1aa6 ) has a sale @ 28 keys, but in that sale the hat was offered which tends to be much less representative of what a hat can sell for.

you could probably do a range of 28-39? may be stretching it though, should take a look at other offers/see if there are more sales to see which is an outlier mayhaps

It sold in literally 2 days for 39 keys, and he rejected my offer of 28 keys; 28 is definitely the outlier

28 Does seem low and this looks like a more fair price, although a range of 28-39 isn't out of the question. Let's see what the mods say

There's literally no reason to include 28 when it can sell for ~40 in just a couple days and he declined 28 pure

What also offered a Haunted Ghost Liquardator's Lid although 5 months outdated, no doubt higher than at least 28.
