What logic is that? If a person had to restock it means he was so successful in selling that at his price that he ran out of stock.

This is just a hunch, but that one might only have sold since it was pre-wrapped(Merendas even mentions his was pre-wrapped on classifieds).

The other sale at 1 Key is rather outdated(it sold a month ago: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198052645355?time=1441695600&compare=1442300400 ), so based on that I think I'll have to downvote, sorry.
