No its not. You need proof that it sold for X amount of keys to price it at such. Not proof that it is being attempted to sell for X amount of keys. There's a difference. For eg. I could try selling a nuts and bolts bot dogger for 1000 keys, but unless someone is idiotic/willing enough to pay that much, its just my valuation; nobody else thinks that hat should be 1000 keys, and subsequently is not its price.
