The only sales we can go on besides my SCM Sale, but that's 2.8-3.2 (See previous suggestion), and its SCM, and SCM isn't the most reliable for pricing

      I actually think SCM is more reliable on pricing for rare items than the occasional sale and have allowed pricing off SCM alone for a few rare, unpriced items. Still, this is pretty close.
