Edit: Jacobmeister is right. Price refreshers are suggestions changing the value of a hat by <5%; changes in values of unusuals by <5% require at least 2 months between suggestions. But tons of sales to dig into here

2 months is borderline. I've seen unusual refreshers take place at the 2 month mark, don't see why not here too.
