          They're moreso used to show outliers in sales (if it was 5 v 8, and there's a pure offer at 7, 5 is likely an outlier)

            In that case yea, but since they are both retracted they aren't valid. I can offer 1 key on a normal wep and retract. That won't make the wep's value 1 key.
