I just sold mine at 1 keys:
Proof: http://imgur.com/G8PslOb
No sellers for less
scm 1.4$ so :/
1) If I'm correct we don't use SCM to suggest price
2) I think you should buy if you have some steam money :D
supports a raise then :3
Yeh, might support a raise but perhaps not to 1 key.
I guess this can age and see if scm comes to support.
Agree. SCM doesn't support the sale which means the sale might be an outlier. However current price is low according to SCM. Eh, maybe mods will say which is best. I am neutral either way.
In the worst case, that can help the next guy to suggest. But you can of course counter with something supported by SCM price.

Ok for seller,
But first buyer buy 'at bp price' without saying 6 ref or 3.33ref (bp price 1 month ago)
Last one is one year old, not sure how the description have been refreshed ...
Seller at 13 dropped to 7 ref - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27228755
SCM has this at 7 ref too. 1 key sale looks like an outlier
