I also had an offer on mine for 18 keys pure, but the buyer unfriended me, although he seemed pretty happy to pay the pure.

Also, the effect is generally higher than it is on the cotton head. For example, the orbiting fire napper's respite is 27 keys on backpack.tf, despite the average price of the hat being slightly lower than that of the cotton head.

        Obviously it seems pretty suspicious, but I kinda gave up with selling it today. I just got frustrated with no one even considering my offers, I guess (fairly sure my the guy trying to buy mine was a scammer) :(
