Are you sure it sold for 15 keys? Only 9 keys match using near ID. And the buyer had a quickbuy trade on Outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27074978

Also, in the second sale the Axtinguisher is worth 11 keys at much. Seems like you used the SCM price backpack.tf gives, which is calculated using keys at $2.00 instead of $2.40-2.50.

Buyer's side shows 8 keys + other items, so i don't know. Maybe he flipped some items for keys.
