Conclusion:

Only 2 buyers at 1.6 keys. However, no valid sellers below 2 keys the Classifieds or Outpost and SCM supports a raise; I think it's safe to disregard the 3 buyers rule for the Classifieds. Taking 1.6 keys as the new price.
