http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198089975096?time=1438547330
Eerie Orbiting Fire Respectless Rubber Glove = 25.5 - 4 = 21.5 * 0.9 = 19.35 ~ 19
Sale #2
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198016820211?time=1444019423
7 keys were added
Circling Heart Milkman = 45 - 7 - 38
E.Orb. Fire Glove was inflated badly, gonna consider that sale as a outlier.

Where's the overpay on the Milkman?
No need for overpay on this sale, cause keys was added.
You still need overpay on the Milkman, the unusual isn't pure or an aussie, need to apply that + you need to resuggest on your milkman suggestion, making this suggestion invalid also.
Milkman: 32-41 (see your suggestion on milkman, 36.5)
36.5*0.9 = 33 - 7 = 26, making Sale #1 not so much of an outlier.
Downvote.
Alright, your choice.
When items are added, it's typically implies that the hat + items were offered on the other hat. I've never really had a problem with not applying overpay in these situations. This obviously only applies if you look at both trades and don't see offers on either of them.
