Classifieds indicates this is very easy to find under 5 ref.. 6 seems high here

A single seller doesn't equal the whole market. This was originally a rule on backpack.tf, but since it's harder to search for sales, this rule has been removed. Although xosmin's sales do proof that it can be sold for 6 refined, but it doesn't mean that other sellers can sell it for 6 refined as well. You'll need to consider the other sellers as well since prices on backpack.tf are about prices that everybody can sell for, and not just xosmin.

There are also a lot of sellers on classifieds at 4.33 ref. I would probably go for 4.33-4.66 unless you found sales at 5 refined since there are some at 3 days.
