      First sale (PE Sherrif) might be an outlier, as there are two sales at 90 and ~80 sounds a bit low. Range should be around 90-105 Keys, so this is close.

        Thanks. I personally think the houwar suggestion might be a bit on the low side so I'm fine with this range.
