Sounds like you sold it to a quickbuyer. I dont think this is enough to warrant a drop this severe, unless you've been trying to sell it for 9 for a significant amount of time

I wasn't quick-selling my hat, i kept decreasing the price i want for it and finaly sold it for 9 keys pure.

At Outpost it was for up for like 10 days, at backpack.tf it was there all the time (month) and i even had a bot on trade.tf (all the time) just to sell this stupid hat but i couldn't..

I'm a quick buyer and I'm willing to pay that much again for another KaW Cyborg. You just got lowballed hard by me.
