18 doesn't reflect the common price of this, does it?

I'd really wait then. I know this isn't an unusual but you can't represent an entire market off of one sale unless you have something to back it up with, be it offers or other sellers or sales.

Steam Market seems to frequent $25-$30 on sales, which is WAY lower than this. I would just wait until more of these became tradable.

Best bet is to wait a bit imo, scm doesn't support the sale either. Wait for more to hit the market and then try to price it.
