IMO, you really shouldn't use sale 2 because that sale was a "bulk:1 sale" which if you're pricing one of the items in the bulk, it will make the price inaccurate. Sale 2 should be used to price the Beams Hound Dog instead.

With buyouts at 45 Keys, it would be safe to assume that sale 2 is an outlier. I would go for 38-39 Keys here.
