Summary

- Sales at 65 (quicksale), 70, 70 (most likely quicksale), 80, 96, 93, 79.

- 70 keys seems like a quicksale point given the 4th sale, and the fact that other 70 keys sale involved a high tier hat, so it might be an inaccurate value.

- Sellers for 90 keys on classifieds (both banned on Outpost), so higher sales should be capped at that value.

I will round 79 keys to 80 and take the nasty 80-90 keys refresh range.

I used all the sales i could, but if anyone finds more sales/proof i will appreciate it. Criticism is also appreciated!
