I was buyer sale #3 can confirm sold for buyout.

Sale 1 is invalid. Not only should it be used to update the Thirst Blood once it becomes outdated(won't take long), but the thirst blood alone is worth 3 times more than your suggested range.

Resuggest at 27 flat.

You should not be using higher tier hats to price much lower tier ones. Sale 1 for example. and since the thirst bloods price is based off non strange ones you would need a mini for the strange thirst used in that sale.

Definitely should be 27 flat. As a general rule of thumb, you shouldn't use hats 2x in value to price a lower tier hat.
