Update: The Outpost seller for 2 ref sold his within 24 hours (quicksale). Clearly 3 ref is the most common trading point.

Yeah like I said, very few properly bumped classified sellers at 3 ref( only 4 and this is a common item) and no properly bumped sellers for this price on outpost, not going to downvote but not going to upvote, going to stay neutral.
