Sales at 13 and 20. Cant really find buyouts on the trades that are currently up.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26624026 has been offered 16 and seemed interested, but the trade never happened. You could say this rules out 13 because 16 pure was offered, but you could also say it rules out 20, because he'd seemingly take 16 and is "Unsold"

However, he does not have a listed BO. And the offer of 16 sure supports a value ~16.5 (which would be the average of 13-20. So Im just gonna make this "large" range, using offer of 16 as supportive middle value.
