Two sales, 30-42 Keys should be fine.

Drops off its own history after that -_- bp.tf claims its still with NayRoD. Outpost says its with Fashionist (banned outpost user).

What appears to happen between NicoParker and Fashionist is a 24 key trade.

I contacted Fashionist. He was not co-operative:

He refers to this post: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27283674

Seller wanted to 1-1 with a Max (28-29 keys)

He claims to have bought it within an hour or less after it was put on outpost but you can see from NicoParkers trade history that he had it listed a couple of times previously so would not count as a quicksell.

I was trying to finalise by getting ahold of NicoParker to get his end of the story which would determine if the tree would be an outlier when this you beat me to suggesting ;).

He did list it a few times(3 to be exact), but they were all in the same day that the sale occured.

      Still a quicksell for me.

I saw 2 days and didnt think that. Good eye. He was wanting to 1-1 with a max which is why i took to finding out what the offer was with the new owner who as you can see was not happy to be asked.

He stated his price in his last trade. And he never mentioned any price in his other posts.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27283674 the cone sold within 3 hours of him opening the trade. The time he posted the trade was 22nd october 5:16 pm. He closed the trade at 8:21 pm.

Also how does the buyout affect the overpay? The guy overpaid in unusuals. 47 should be used here instead of 42. He even said he wanted 45+ in unus

The quicksale isnt being used in this as Mindacos has already pointed out.

I do find it interesting however that firstly you have now taken an interest after being so rude on chat and secondly that now you are defending that it was a quicksale when you also mentioned in chat that you got it for more than 24 keys but refused to comment when I asked how much more.

Yeah sorry for being rude but I just dont like when people add me for this kind of stuff.

But whats the reason behind using 42 instead of 47 on the second sale?

Considering it being 1 of 1 and you trying to resell on classifieds, it would have benefited you to be more cooperative. Hostility gets you nowhere in this world. You could have just been nicer in saying you werent keen on giving over the information rather than swearing.

As for the use of 42 and not 47 its probably because as per suggestion rules: '"Quickbuy" trades and buyouts (B/O) do not count towards evidence. Quickbuyers do not look for a specific item in particular. Buyout prices are set by the seller and therefore do not reflect the actual price of the item.'

Yeah but what does he mean with this "(47 Keys with Overpay)(B/O was 42)". Did the guy with the tree have a buyout at 42 or the cone guy?

The cone guy had a B/O of 42. And any sales that happen cannot be above the B/O listed.

Say for example, someone was selling a Vivid Soldier's Stash with a B/O of 120 Keys, and it sold for 160 in Unusuals(144 Keys with Overpay), the sale would be valued at the B/O that the seller had.
