I feel like the fact that an offer of 85 was rejected should show that the 67 pure offer is an outlier, especially since the other unusual sale that you could get by with is around 80
see I would call 67 an outlier but I really don't like to ignore a pure sale, if it was a qs then sure outlier but there was no op.

I also somewhat doubt the 67 key sale is accurate, since the buyer posted "I'll offer the b/o" and the b/o was 100 pure, it's likely he sold some keys or something before the bp histories registered

I also think that 67 seems low. Personally, I'd buy one for 67 if I could but that's just me ( ._.)
outpost quickbuyers pay 65, so you arent alone :3
No trade on op is even more reason not to include it. At least in a quicksell the hat is advertised and people have a day or two to buy it. Selling off market without even an advertisement is worse than quicksells in evaluating hat values.
