I wouldnt oppose a 0.05-0.11 resuggestion.

All 0.11 sellers at classifieds seem to have sold, 0.11 seems to be still perfectly fine.

yeah but when its 1 day or more not bumped its considered as bad bump

I'm WELL aware of that, but as I mentioned, once bumped it is 100% valid, no matter the amount of days since last bumped.

No, its either unbumped, badly bumped, frequently bumped and premium. First 2 are not good proof. And if its that badly bumped that they expire (= not bumped in 1 week) then I wouldn't call it 100% valid at all. More like invalid.
