It means less than a day old

When the seller hasn't been up for 24 hours it's considered young. If it sells within 24 hours it's considered a quicksell, and should be an outlier.

Wait, so if someone sell a 10 ref hat for 14 refs within 24 hours, it's considered a quicksell ? plz explain

Not really. If somebody buys an item for higher than bp price within a day it's considered a quickbuy instead, and can also be seen as an outlier. Quicksells are ignored the most when lowering prices, even if the market is small. Don't take my word on it though.
