Theres another sale for a stormy gridiron + ~1 in sweets. the iron is outdated but it supports the low end, based on two sales around 12 keys. I was initially gonna call the ~12 in keys/ref/sweets an outlier due to how it resold for 15 keys and how another sale backed up 15, but the abundance of sales at or around 12 makes me convinced a range is needed here
