77 shouldn't be far off, since the Swatter sale would be ~85 Keys if it weren't offered(and that's the median anyways!). 77-95 Keys should be fine.

This sale would go over the value of a Clean Sunbeams Mining Light, so i'll use that price instead.

I'd say that your sale is an outlier, given that there was a 120 Key B/O on the Wraith sale, and there were lower B/Os on the other sales as well. However, this would discredit 77 from being in the range as well, as it looks too low compared to the other sales. I'll just go with my former range of 90-95.
