i dont know who voted this price but im the only person on the planet with this hat. So judging by the other effects on this hat the price should at least be 45 keys. nothing higher, nothing lower.

How many times can you commit obvious price manipulation before being perma-banned? This is this guys 6th suggestion, all of them being attempted manipulation- indicating he clearly knows and is ignoring the rules.
