Conclusion:

Less than a 5% change. However, 7 and 6.88 ref just can't sell. Excluding 6.33 ref because of the abundance of buyers at that price, and 6.55 and 6.44 ref because of the lack of evidence. The Classifieds and Outpost seem to agree that 6.66 ref is the most common trade point; taking 6.66 ref as the new price.
