To start with, I will quote him then add my pure key sale for this hat aswell to make the range 25-27 clear.

There are no others for sale, mine was the only one.

Combined with CanCel's buy of that hat finally suggesting lowend 25, highend 27.

Slight rise, but still a rise. Imo still underpriced but maybe in future it will rise again :)))
