Probably best to leave the slouch sale out as it seems low. didnt check if the hats are updated. if the values are older than 3 months youll need minis. Searing phantom needs a mini for sure since its duped, although Im not even sure if it sold for the chapeau or if the beret+slick were sold for the chapeau; tbh the 2nd seems more likely.
