Why is this 30 keys when a Disco or hell, a Blizzard (a lower tier effect) is worth double?

The only one in existence, as per backpack.tf anyway. And it's strange too!

Not sure why the keys are not showing up, I bought them from Marketplace.tf and I guess Backpack.tf didn't scan at the time.

Still you can't raise as its strange. Just like you can't drop with a duped one. There probably are some non-strange ones in private BPs. Correct me if I'm wrong

I'm not entirely sure either. I'm gonna assume because it's a 1 of 1. I'm not raising it because it's Strange, I'm raising it because of the effect and rarity. :)

there's a strangifier available for this hat so it doesn't matter. it only matters if there are hats that are given strange unusual quality on unbox

If it's 1 of 1, you can raise using the only version in existence, which in this case happens to be strange.

If it's a 1/1 then I don't think that applies...

Not a chance. Blizzardy is also themed on the Heer's what with it being a winter hat and all.
