As there is still an unsold at 1.33, but with the sale at 1.44 ref, going with the range of 1.33 to 1.44

Since http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27339200 was a lowcraft sale that managed to sell for ~1 key in CS:GO items, I do not think this counts as evidence. However, I think there is still enough to give your suggestion credibility.
