If 130 is an outlier, 115 is too. The Juju can't actually be updated either - it appears as though it's been used for Sweetstakes a ton, so there's nothing to use for it. This might be fine, unless more sales show up.

I dont think you can call 130 an outlier here, especially since there's a sale at 115 as well. If a hat sells fast, it does not necessarily mean that everything below that is immediately an outlier (A hat that sells fast may also just have been lucky). Id make a range here at least

Its really young, but seeing how two sales were lower and a clean one is for sale for less than the suggested price, the raise seems kind of unrealistic to me
