Closest sale to the date of the trade was on Sept. 11 for $150.10, Keys were 2.44 at the time

150.10 / 2.44

= ~61.5 keys

Conclusion:

3 sales, using 2 of them: 1 at 98 keys and 1 at 109 keys. Not using Sale #2 as I found no possible mini for the Pipe, therefore it should be used to update the Pipe. Taking 100-110 keys (rounded to the nearest tenth) as the new price.
