Seller at 70:

4 Weeks.
And that 100Key seller from last suggestion is still up
You need SALES...
A price can be lowered with a B/O if certain criteria is met. If there aren't valid sales, then this should be good enough.
There is no proof for that this hat worth 70 keys. It's kind of price manipulation in my opinion. This suggestion need even 1 proof...
The hat being unsold at 70 keys for four weeks shows that 100 is probably too high. It's not manipulation, it's just proof. As i said, if there aren't valid sales, then this could be enough.
Check this guide for more info on B/O drops: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-guide-for-unusual-price-suggestions/
So if it's unsold for 4 weeks can we use 70 keys as a new price? Guide looks good but this ia still unsold and how can we know this hat isn't worth maybe 60?
Guide says that a hat should stay unsold around 1 week per 25 keys in value to be able to drop its price based on a B/O. In this case it's 70 keys, so 3+ weeks should be enough.
As you say, this hat should be worth less than 70 keys, given that nobody has bought it for 70 keys, but we won't know until it sells. Could be 60 keys, 50 , 65, who knows. For the time being, pricing it at 70 keys will be more accurate than leaving it at current price of 100 keys (again, assuming that no more sales can be found).
And we have this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25957746 ----- Unsold at 100 keys for 5 months. 100 keys certainly doesn't sell, 70 doesn't sell either, but it's closer to its real value.
It's not fair to update 3 month old price without any sales, using only someone's B/O. It's still downvote from me...
If I had the opportunity to get one for 70 for a month, then why should it be worth 100.
I have done multiple suggestions with buyouts only, please look over the entirety of the suggestion guidelines before posting in the future
Eh I mean you are right in general lowering on b/o s is frowned upon but with this large of a margin and no sales it's probably fine. Also if the price later needs to be fixed w/ sales it can be resuggested if it makes a large difference
It might be worth 60, but the idea is that the new price (70) is better than the current price (100).
Still no recent sales, I lost it gambling. I couldn't sell it at 70 for a while, and then 65 for 2 weeks. No doubt it needs this drop
