scm doesn't seem to agree, with multiple listings under and all sales since oct 17 have been under that. since it's such a small market with little proof i think that would have to be taken into account right?

The SCM and direct trading markets do not always agree with each other.

Indeed. I can't get the other buyer to respond. Guess the price is good as it is for now.

Might want to check with both the buyers if their price is updated. It's very possible that they might have forgotten to update them.

Posed a query to buyer on their ad. Attempting to add them to ask directly warranted no response.
