Hm, last time I checked it was gone and now it says created 9 hours ago... Uh, what? Anyways, it's young. If he/she doesn't buy one and close it it's invalid.

actually even if they fail to buy it means this is due for a price rise :P

If they don't buy and close the listing it's not valid. If they close the listing and buy one it's valid. If they don't buy and don't close the listing while it's up for at least 1 day and bumped recently it's valid. In this case the buyer listed it 1 day ago, last bumped recently, imma upvote this.
