here is the buy and sell orders, i am still rather new to all of this, but with there being a buy order for 16.22 and multiple buy orders for 16.11 is seems to be a viable suggestion

read the link, you need actual trades for the item

also outpost, bazaar, sourceop, and reddit trades are prefered
