      also any unsold at more than current is invalid to drop the price. I have a suspicion that nearly the entire, if not the entire, "SELLERS WITH PARTS/KILLSTREAKS" section is invalid

    Buyers cannot be used to lower a price, simply because they want to buy for less and sell for more.
