Both of these hats are outdated. I currently dont have premium and I cant find any usable sales on either of those hats.

Anyone with premium could probably check for sales on the TC, I doubt the brainiac has sales. If they have no sales, I guess you could use the buyouts as "minis" for them
TC is outdated, you need update it, and so is brainiac. Downvote.
make minis
Both hats are outdated, you need to make minis for them.
You have to apply overpay (multiply by 0.9)
