I doubt a Logo Rotation could fetch 90+ anymore. It was the first of the rotations to get priced, and is actually pretty close to outdated compared to the others.

My guess is that the rotation is roughly ~70-90. I think it's okay to use the two minis I have listed above based on b/os for a conservative drop here. They would put the rotation at 75-82 and this suggestion at about 108.
