Overpay shouldn't be applied when the hat you're suggesting on is being offered on the hat it sold for, not the other way around.

Wait so you're saying Sale #4's overpay is wrong? You worded that oddly, sorry.
If I am understanding this right, then yes, I know how overpay works, if the unusual you're suggesting is offered on another unusual, overpay is applied. I hope I'm not confusing myself or you lol.
Yeah the overpay is wrong on that one. The headsplitter was offered on the bear, so overpay is still needed. If the bear was offered on the headsplitter + keys, you wouldn't be applying overpay to it.
Oh boy I thought it was the other way around O_O. Alright, I guess I'll resuggest :/
