Mini sale 4

mini cone:

I remember trying to mini this earlier, but all sales were bulk or for hats even farther outdated than the cone, resulting in updating it being really inaccurate. This has been rougly a month now though.

52 should still be fine here, conservative drop. Did not need the resuggestion in the end, but decided to close just to be sure earlier today, since I couldnt check the sales this afternoon when the comments were made. Wanted to make sure I didnt forget about it resulting in this getting lost in the backlog because of it. so themed because memory leak
