Conclusion:

Multiple buyers at 1.33 ref; no reason to include it in the range. Also excluding 1.44 at 1.55 ref for the lack of proof, and the fact that there's a quicksale at 1.66 ref. Small market; 2 sales at 1.66 ref should be good. Taking 1.66 ref as the new price.
