I thought of it. but there is not a lot of sellers around 1.3, so I kept the 1.5 as there are millions of sellers at the level, and NONE on 1.6 up (except for some strange people that says "8 keys each")

but if the classifields has so much, and the outpost has 2, that counts, both are unsolds, 1.5 should not be in range
