Suggestion: Collector's Shortstop at 2.9 keys

So I found this sale lying around in my bookmarks, but I don't remember how long ago I last saw the Shortstop in the trade, so the sale might be anywhere between now and 2-3 weeks old, but considering the very small market and that there are no sellers for the suggested price on classifieds, I decided to go with it anyway.

Very true, I seem to forget to check for Outpost sellers every time I make a suggestion on a small market item, but like you said, it's unbumped, so for the meanwhile i'm counting it as invalid.
