Just going to ask this, what about the 115 quicksale for the burning duped phantom?(Sale is actually ~130, but it has a 115 B/O cap)

Shouldn't this be preferrably used rather than 95?
Well, If I was taking a range where the high-end was capped by a B/O, I'd want overpay on that range. And 95-115 after overpay is 95 anyway (well, 94.5, whatever right :P)
See comment in other suggestion. Range should probably be 90-130, but this has basically the same mean just with a slightly narrower range.
